1993 spoof of the BBC's much loved sci-fi series 'Blake's 7' that originally ran in the UK during 1978 - 1981.
By January 1993, the BBC had released the final episode on grainy old VHS and a group of fans decided to fill the gap with their very own 24-minute episode that featured dialogue from the original series.
'Fenidom' was filmed in Caesar's Camp - a location that was just 20 minutes away from where the BBC filmed the final episode in October 1981.
With a budget of over 70 pounds, new futuristic sets and models were built for this state-of-the-art production.
The budget was even stretched to include a terrifying monster that Avon. Villa and Tarrant encounter on the tree-laden terrain of Kerillian 4 - an outpost planet that has now fallen under the influence of the Federation.

'Blake's 7: Fenidom' written by Bobby Nation is making it's worldwide premier after being hidden away on VHS for over 13 years and is here to celebrate BBC-4's forthcoming 'The Cult Of Blake's 7' - a new making of documentary that will be screened in December.

We all hope that you enjoy our tribute to this unique series which is now available in five parts.

  • Is it just me or is "femidon" just a bit too close to "femidom" for comfort.

  • Hey ! I don't know about the acting BUT (sometimes) the voices and dialog are spot on. Nice one lads. I have always wanted to go to a Treky convention with a T-shirt with the B7 logo on it and the words " F*@K the Federation"

  • @hostroute u mean 'fenidom?

  • £10 for lights wouldn't have gone amiss.

  • @hostroute I know exactly what you mean!

  • The model shot are spot on!

  • It might be the fact that I'm hard of hearing, but I really have no idea what's going on because I can't hear the dialogue. It might be just me. From what I did hear, Avon sounds exactly like Paul Darrow.

  • Tarrant sounds more like Sylvester McCoy than Tarrant.

  • Makes you appreciate how good the real thing was.............apparently its not as easy as it looks.

Its a slap in the face to all those amateurs who say "I could do it if only I was given the chance."

  • There seems to be a cardboard egg tray on the wall and Orac looks like a fish tank full of Christmas lights.

Is the one with the ponytail meant to be Vila?

  • I was thinking just the same thing! ;-) Great minds think alike and all that!

  • Can't be sure. But it's not ME.
