I am a SAVI (Sexual Assault Victim Intervention) Advocate for the military and I've seen/witnessed many horrible things. Especially through our trainings, when we see videos and hear the different speakers come in. What Angie went thru and is going thru is a very serious issue. It's only getting worse, especially in (today's) military.

She doesn't give me a bad name and I've been in the military for 10+ years. A lot of people do not understand how much of this really goes on in the military. The way society reacts to cases like Angie's, is why people do not come forward (especially military victims). Rank is a big issue & also the branch of military. Angie was not a "big fat.." before, if you can see pictures of her before, she was in shape, slim...etc. This trauma took a big toll on her.
