Different reviews also are on different surfaces and everything too. Run them at the drag strip and the times go down for both cars every time. That's why track times are valuable, because it's a maintained track that is predictable. Everyone gets the same track with the same surface.

If the rumors about the EcoBoost 5.0 are true the RoadRunner variant should fit with a turbo too. I don't know the dimensions of the engine bay, but the car is looking like it's gunna be small. Ford is gunna have a hard time getting back up to the 600 hp mark again.

Thing is different reviewers can tend to come up with different results and/or times. For example, car and driver has 1LE 1/4 mile at 13 secs which is a base GT time. Motortrend has 1LE at 12.7, neither # touching Boss in 1/4 mile. I'm using 1/4 mile times to point out another thing, some of us don't care how a car does at the track. Someone like me living in a giant grid with only straight roads has little need for a car that does well at a track. Camaro or Mustang, to each their own

Oh Im definitely more concerned about the chassis... I dont really care about the 5.8, the rumors make it sound like even the 5.0 will be a tight fit in the smaller chassis...

id rather be a white trash redneck than a bay area wanna be POS.. all the mustang is good 4 is going 2 the store and driving in a straight line. while the camaro u can do just about anything. as the guy says FORD got there ass kicked. just bc the car looks good on paper and everyone and there sister wants one doesnt make it the better car. plz leave and do ur research about ur cars not just ford but every car company. u just might learn something son..
