This whole DVD available at the Adyashanti website is brilliant. These descriptions are well presented and not spoken in such an experiential way anywhere else as far as I know. I have read dozens of books on nonduality but this DVD stands out as something I can connect with over and over. They have created a masterful dialogue loaded with insights and illuminations. It will be a companion to your continuing journey. I give it the highest rating!!!

Attachment...the boat cannot move downriver if still attached to the anchor point. The dog cannot run free if still attached to the wire. Emotional attachments are bonds even stronger then the physical rope and chains. One cannot fly if one is attached to the ground. Freedom, then, is the goal. Once the dog runs free, the leash may still be there, but the dog doesn't care because it is now free to pay attention to the leash...or not. Namaste
