Carnoustie will host the 2007 Open and during the year running up to the Open we'll be blogging about our preparations. In this episode we visit the tea hut, a well known landmark on the Carnoustie Championship Course, and we chat with Robin Wardlaw who works there.
Goodness me. How the wee tea hut's changed. I worked there for a few years in the 80s and the hot pies were heated in a calor gas oven which once exploded on me. Potted hough rolls were the delicacy then. Ah good days though.
