@Bakosmos wrong, actually mistress nine is not hotaru she is a whole different intety. Yes who your looking at is the grown up version of hotaru but mistress 9 is inside of her. In the manga she comes out as an indestructable glob like substance and no she is far from hot she looks like muck from pokemon
