Metric - Satellite Mind (Fantasies Suite No. 2, Movement 1)

Orchestral fan remix of Metric's Satellite Mind from the album Fantasies.

about Fantasies Suites:
In the coming i don't know how longs, I'll be remixing Metric's Fantasies album into the Orchestra genre and releasing them as 2 suites. Each suite (so far) will have 5 tracks. Suite No. 1 will be aiming towards a lighter tone while Suite No. 2 will go off a bit on darker, weirder themes...

Another note is that i've only heard snippets of Gimme Sympathy and Help I'm Alive prior to starting the project. I've closed myself off from listening to the album any further making the arrangements strictly on the vocals. So these are the productions i would've done if given the vocals. Some more surprising than others when compared to the original :)

about Satellite Mind:
I'll leave the lyrical content up for you to look up =P but most of the arrangement was based off of the melody. Emily's sliding vocals going up and down made me think of the Mid-East and India with strings and sitars. So that's what i added! Also adding taiko drums and the regular orchestra fare makes for a very other-worldy arrangement... perfect for starting Suite No. 2!
