It also appears to have had the rear entrance and stairs flipped so that it's on the right hand side and not the left :S

It had a Canadian plate on the rear, along with a UK plate. From what I can gather, it isn't mandatory for vehicles over there to have plates on the front. I've more photos of UK buses abroad at busesabroad(dot)fpic(dot)co(dot)uk
