@Paanddubay1 Hit the nail on the head- Peter blows Gene away as a musician and that's why he's out. Gene could stand that Beth was such a great hit and Peter wrote part of it and sang it.

@buddynoone39 i had the very same thing in the UK in 1980 - my - now departed mum denied me and when Ace left and then they took the make up off prior to touring the UK again in 84 - it was never the Kiss i loved. Thank god for the reunion.
