3 o clock one morn I jumped outa the bed, grabbed the sheets, and pulled my girlfriend out of the bed while screaming there were snakes in it. I really taught there was, I came to after a few seconds, but ya can imagine how embarrassing it was

I have a friend who has night terrors and not only does she sleep walk, but she screams and sometimes harms herself. It's crazy.

U shouldn't wake up a sleep walker cuz they'll feel really shitty when waking up from a sleep-walking "session" (whatever u wanna call it) ... they're sleeping pretty deep, it's hard to wake them up but when they do, it'll just make them feel really uncomfortable. So when u have a sleepwalker in ur family, just tell them to go to bed and they will unconsciously. For them it's like they're dreaming... most of our dreams we dont remember, so they prolly wont remember sleepwalkin either.
