    Coming down slow would work on the Eccentric phase of the muscle contraction, as opposed to the concentric phase. The opposing muscles would be the triceps, pecs, hand/wrist extensors etc.. This guy is strong, but he does not know his anatomy.

  • it is about time someone started a petition to shut down expert village, most of their videos show poor/dangerous technique. If anyone has any free webspace start up a petition to shut expert village down, I'll sign.

    PS. It will also get you LOADS of traffic to your site.
