  • The lyrics come from a documentary called Bontoc Eulogy (actually a mockumentary), which you can watch on YouTube. They're sampled in real time from a section you can watch as Bontoc Eulogy Part 4, starting around minute 3. The whole text is below; I've bracketed the parts you don't hear in York's sample:
