Microsoft customer support vs. Apple

So here it is. I called Microsoft regarding an Xbox repair. After being on hold for more than an hour and a half, I decided to call Apple to see how long it would take to get one of THEIR customer service reps on the phone. The verdict? It's now been more than two hours, and I still haven't gotten to a Microsoft representative. It took Apple less than four minutes ... including the automated menus! I apologize for the abrupt ending.
