Senator Obama: Talk to Commanders or Meet with Dictators?

Sergeant Anderson was one of the 12 veterans denied a meeting with Senator Obama. And like his fellow veterans, Sergeant Anderson would like to ask Senator Obama a few questions: Why hasn't he met with General Petraeus? And why won't he visit Iraq? And why would Senator Obama rather talk about meeting—unconditionally—with Iran, instead of meeting with veterans and commanders? America deserves to know.

He has only talked to him in hearings, never 1 on 1 as McCain and others have done. Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America gave McCain a grade of D for his record of voting against veterans. (Obama got a B+.)

Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) notes McCain "Voted Against Us" 15 times and "Voted For Us" only 8. (Obama voted for VVA 12 times, against only once.)

Obama serves on the Senates' Military Advisory Committee. He's spoken to General Petreaus on more than one occasion--and grilled him for low-balling the situation over there!

I'll really lose hope for this country if they get sucked into the fear-mongering, swiftboating BS like they did last time! The people who made this video have no moral integrity. Keeping America on its' present course will doom us for years to come.

Senator McCain has one son on active duty in the Marines (who has already served one tour in Iraq) and another son at the U.S. Naval Academy. To say that McCain doesn't care about the troops is against the clear weight of the evidence.

Everyone on active duty now can go to college under the current GI bill. The problem is that many on active duty already have a degree. McCain's plan allows veterans to transfer that benefit so that their kids can go to college. The Webb plan that Obama tried to take credit for, does not.
