Macbook Sleep Problem

Here's the problem with my Macbook. It will not sleep when you close the lid, unless you push down on the left hand side. Obviously, it's a camera phone video, so the quality stinks, but it gets the point accross.

i´ve had tree macbooks and they all have sleep problems. sometimes the only way of getting it out of sleep when the screen is blac is to push the power buton and restart it :(
