  • Notice on the wall the advertisements for McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. Sheesh, that garbage is advertised everywhere.

  • @MTsjaney AGREED! I am in acute phase right now and would pass out (not kidding) if I tried 99% of those.

  • NO ACTIVE EXERCISES IN THE ACUTE PHASE!!!!!!!!!!! You can do PROM and AAROM! This video is so wrong!

  • Second question, toward the end (1.27) is that a psoas stretch?

  • At 31 seconds into clip she's doing a seated exercise with pillow between knees. Is she pressing in at the knees while moving feet outward? Or just moving feet outward without pressing? Thanks for putting up these exercises.

  • Is she working on just the affected side or does she eventually work both sides? It appears she is working on her left side.
