I have personally felt Raul's power in simple blocks to the arm (pain!). Raul is the real thing- and I am not one of his Born Again groupies. If you spoke that way to Raul in person he would just laugh and walk away- if you ever tried to to throw a punch or grab him. . . you would never ever do it again.
