"Prohibition will work great injury to the cause of temperance. It is a species of intemperance within itself, for it goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A Prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded."

  • I gotta ask, sure legalize the green, but after that what about the much more destructive shit? What about crack and meth? I mean I sure there is lots of people on that, why not legalize that also?

  • alcohol is regulated and taxed, hard liquor is dangerous so we tax and regulate it more strictly - we encourage the "softer" substances

  • sick, i fucking love this.

  • *Legalise it ALL*, I'm opposed to hard shit like heroin and crystal meth, but it isn't my choice what someone puts in their own body and it isn't the governments either! You have to be strong to live with freedom.

  • fuck the dea legalize it

  • @Blackestwhole prescription drugs kill more people than every illegal drug combined. Alchohol and tobacco by themselves even further surmount those numbers. All drugs should be at the least, decriminalized. We should eliminate the concept of the "Schedule I drug".

  • CANCER CURE = RICK SIMPSON'S HEMP OIL

  • Well, they are 2 completely separate substances so making one legal would not necessarily entail the other's legalization, but if the government is able to see the marijuana smoker's position, then they will probably be more open (or at least more likely) to see the shroom's user's position, too.

  • if weed gets legalized wll shrooms b legal too

  • I HEART METH!
