Eh, half the time when you log on you can't even be sure everyone speaks the same language. Then there's all the ego.
But then if you end up on a team where there is communication the other team usually bitches about team stacking.

Someone finally does at around 2:16 of the videos (you can see a sticky fly by) but he gets backstabbed.
