The Springfield XD-9 is my primary carry pistol ( loaded with Cor Bon +P Pow-R-Ball, 16 rd magazine and a Blawkhawk SERPA holster. I have more powerful handguns but I prefer the XD-9 with its glove fit, etc. Besides, God forbid, if need be the +P Pow-R-Balls should do the business.

she's doing fine with her grip style. good gun, doesn't move much. just like the cz-97b i had, real steady.

Tell her to roll her elbow's outward and lean forward a lil more, that way she wont limp wrist it and the body will absorb more of the recoil. Great gun tho, i own it

When I went for my Armed Guard the instructor let me use his with a 40 cal barrel.

Thats the same range i go to. last time I went there it was temp. closed for lead reduction, do you know whether it is open yet or not?

Cathy's got the hang of that gun now :) She likes shooting it so much I get to get new reloading gear so we can afford to keep it fed LOL
