Nathan Moore.. songwriter extraordinaire, sleight of hand musician.. the vagabond inspirator/songcrafter of ThaMuseMeant, co-founder of Frogville Records, and yes, merch guy for the Slip on a tour.. but they met years ago as fellow musicians at High Sierra. then Nathan visted the boys one winter and the infamous snow-in happening happened. it was their debut performance, tho, at High Sierra (2004) that was the real Surprise. ;)

actually both are true he was in ThaMuseMeant, then he was the merch guy for the slip.

They met when they were snowed in. There they were rehearsed some songs when they realized that Nathan was a good addition to the band. There was also a lady that called in, mistaking them for someone named "Mr. Davis", henceforth the band name...

oh really, sorry. I read that somewhere, maybe wikipedia hehe. thought it was a cool story, but glad to know of another band nathan played in...def gonna check it out!

Nathan was not The Slip's merch guy. He was the lead singer/songwriter for my favorite band Thamusemeant, who have been around at least as long as the Slip. Many of the tunes SMMD plays are from his time with TMM.
