  • I have to agree with Chris...been there, done that. Try doing the same thing you're talking about with only three techs. I can't believe you had that many techs for one little piece of truss and some Genie towers. LOL

  • Why using so much ETC lights?

  • holy crap! if our load in took this long we would have to charge twice as much!!

  • @bo0tsy1 - Because i use steel as safety, because i do things by the book? So let me guess you don't "deadhang" i normal d8 (single break) either?

  • @lighttech258852 I'd put my faith in a spanset before I'd put my faith in YOUR rubbish rigging.

  • @bo0tsy1 - So you give a crap about safety, for the people below YOUR rubbish rigging?

  • @lighttech258852 Let me guess, send me a picture and you will never set foot on my show. You are a typical lighting guy, you don't realize that is IT ALL SOUNDS THE SAME IN THE DARK.

  • @bobfenders Why are they using source fours. THEY ARE REAL LIGHTING FIXTURES! 500w bulb outputting 1kw. Not your american DJ specials.

  • @bo0tsy1 - Let me guess you are a american?

  • @lighttech258852 It wasn't the rig it was the shitty union built structure. You are a moron and a typical lighting "guy".

  • @bo0tsy1 - Are you stupid? If the buildings caughts fire, and fire/rescue services go in to save people they should no be at risk to get a complete lighting rig i the head, becuase some smart ass rigger thinks he is smarter then the rules! ALWAYS follow the rules, is people like you there not should be aloud in the buisness!

  • @lighttech258852 I'm pretty sure the chance of fire is unlikely, in STEEL OR ALUMINUM truss. I know the rules, union wants steel, non union doesn't care. It's also the difference of knowing and communication with the venue. If a fire breaks out, from socapex, your pick line SHOULD be independent. Too bad you lighting guys can't work a fire extinguisher...
