YES but only because I eat like a rabbit and work out.
Once I let my discipline go I will gain it back. Just with any weight loss. This is a life style for me. I'm just very cautious of what I eat. Junk food and over eating drains my energy rather than giving me energy... food is supposed to be your fuel and give you energy. Just eat the right things.. and we are all human and like the bad stuff once in awhile, just keep it in moderation & avoid eating out.

How tall are you? I'm 5'4 and 140 lbs... gained the 22 lbs after getting married and can't seem to shed it even after watching my diet and exercising!!! I'm going to go on the master cleanse now.. thanks for the inspiration.. PLEASE POST VIDS OF YOUR PROGRESS!!

@myraceishumanity I am 5'3 I have a very hard time loosing weight from diets, cleansing is the only thing that makes me loose weight. And working out does not make me loose a pound. I was doing cycle classes 4-5 days a week. Circut training.. you name it.. not one pound shed in months.. I got toned tho and looked good. They say weight loss is like 80 percent diet but I think its like 95% diet haha. unless youre really over weight and have no physical activity

If you have an iPhone, I would recommend getting the LoseIt! app...it is free and will allow you track your daily calorie intake from food and the calories burned from exercise.
I don't know if you need to work out 2X/day...morning and night? I think what will be best is to develop a solid cardio and weight training/lifting routine. That combo will go along way helping manage your calorie intake, help shed the remaining pounds, and add some body tone and definition.

Thank yoou!! unfortunately I don't have the luxury of an iphone but I am recording my calories intake from what I eat and the calories I lose in work outs.
2x a day I feel will be the most rewarding for me. I don't think i'm over doing it cause I'm only doing 30 min dvd workouts in the morning,(strength/cadio/abs) Then in the evening or afternoon, I'm doing about an hour in cardio. I have a very weak/slow motabilism so I feel working out twice a day will keep it a healthy pace.
