MV Agusta 350 twin sound

Warming up my 350 MV before going for a short test run after some tuning work. The fairing is still removed so I can easily access the engine in case I need to do some extra work on the bike. Nice sound from this twin cylinder racer (originally street bike).

I am just about to purchase a beautiful 350 Sport Elettronica and would like to know more about your open megaphones. Were they purchased or did you have them made specially for the bike?

@fruzz01 These pipes were specially made for the bike. I also have a second set of similar megephones with mufflers hidden inside, since some venues do not allow noise over 104dB.

Are these Magni pipes?

@fmetelmann: No, these are not Magni pipes, which are curved (slightly S-shaped). The pipes on this bike are straight open megaphones.

Although the mic might not be of the best quality, the bike is simply too loud for most mics.

This is by the way a common problem when filming bikes with open megaphones from up close.
