no one seems to say anything about the the women ong children good old max murdered on the lovley greek island of crete when he was a member of the german para troops. but he was a good boxer and he helped 2 jews so i suppose thats ok? dam double standards.

Larry Holmes still has the distinction today of being the longest reigning world heavy weight champion in boxing history (1978-1985), second only to Joe Loius. Larry defended his title twenty consecutive times (all-in-all fighting a total of twenty six title bouts throughout his career), ... but you are correct

@warrior288 I see what you're trying to say. But you made a boo boo. Joe Louis was the longest reigning champ. Larry had it for 7 years. Not bad and one of the longest reigns in history.

Louis got the shaft by the government. It's a shame after as much as he had done for the country while he was champ he went to his grave in debt to the fucking IRS. The man would donate entire purses from his fights for the war effort, THEN get taxed on those purses! Donate to the government and get taxed. What the fuck is that all about?
