It's online. Addons are coming out that add in at least a dozen new aircraft.

So whats the deal with this game,is it a helicopter only game?is it online?

IIRC the game require at least a 2.4 GHz processor(Intel Core2 Duo or AMD equivalent), 2 GB of RAM and a GF 8800 or ATI HD37xx graphics card.
They do recommend 3 GB of RAM and it looks like it's quite the GPU hog on high detail levels though.

Only Black shark is flyable its in 100% detail and functions and so on. DCS A-10 and DCS Apache will be seperate games that are compatible in multiplayer. DCS Black Shark is just the start of it all.
