Thanks to Kurt Schrader "things are better" is the message from Larry Roberta, a combat veteran in the Oregon National Guard, in Schrader's first television ad of the 2010 election cycle. Fighting for Oregon veterans and their families has been an important centerpiece of Kurt's work to put Oregon first.

Kurt has also fought to make sure Guard members returned from the Middle East to adequate medical care. And he's been a leading advocate for reintegration programs helping secure a million dollars to help returning Oregon veterans and their families get the counseling, benefits, and job training they need and deserve as they return home.
