Oath of OFFICE HERMAN 2

For a week, Santa Barbara Clerk of Court, Clerk of Elections dodge providing
the "OATH of OFFICE" every Judge must sign and "KEEP ON RECORD" in the County
where they preside over court, as a matter of CA. LAW.

For a Week, Santa Barbara Officials have dodged the request to show Judge HERMAN's "Oath of OFFICE" and it is CLEARLY caught on tape while yielding several OTHER judges, the one who is
officiating at the Juvenile Kidnapping dis-SERVICE by Santa Barbara C.P.S. agents [ liars ] who deal
in human trafficaing of stolen children... does NOT appear to have a signed proper "OATH of OFFICE"
and Marlene Vletch, Election official on Betteravia Ave, in Santa Maria, in Santa Barbara County
admits... they can't find it ... after a week of requesting it.

Mr.William what do people have to do to remove a judge? Also, if his Oath is faulty, does that mean all his rulings are uncredited?

Challenge him under RICO stat. or Form a "Special Grand JURY" with a Private Atty. General, hire a court reporter, take evidence, and INDICT him. In my lay opinion, I DO think if his Oath of OFFICE is FLAWED, then all his Rulings can be challenged successfully, but it won't happen without someone forcing each case .... Forget the corrupt D.A.'s Office from doing anything about it. WE THE PEOPLE will have to do it, takes , I think 24 per county. Tried and True residents.

@williamwagener From one William to another I think the term resident is a flawed terminology used to gain US citizens jurisdiction over People who are domiciles of the state. Any good legal diction will show a resident is there temporarily and when there business if finished they go back to there domicile. Like a doctor for example.
