  • I've got an '08 Heritage, doing a 255 cam swap and found your video. Really like your bike, pipes look and sound bad a##.

  • @ywudntaguy Thanks. I just fired her up for the first time in 5 months (damn Canadian winter) and I'm still smiling. My buddy from Montreal was visiting just the other day (he's seen this video) and his eyes were like O_O when I fired it up. Love this bike.

  • Are the crossbacks very loud? How you compares in terms of loudness to other exhausts (V&H, rush, bassani, cycle shark, etc)?

  • @sporsterpedro Yes, they are very loud, especially during accel. I've only ever heard V&H pipes before and V&H seem designed to be loud so they are quite sharp but the Rineharts are designed for performance so it has a nice low frequency you can't pick up on a microphone. Much more a rumble and less of a popping sound and you can feel it in your chest. Love 'em..

  • looks alot better mate , is the difference from 96 to 103 kit very noticable i have an 08 nightrain and are thinking about geting the kit put in

  • @mark74000 I can tell it's got more torque but it's not a huge difference. I bought it with the 103" so although I've never ridden my Night Train with a 96", I did demo 3 Harley bikes 2 years ago and one was a Night Train with the 96". Once I get headwork done and a procharger, I'll be hitting 160BHP np.. :)

  • My alley has melted quite a bit in the last few days... a ride this weekend may be possible afterall... :)

  • It wont be long now. Ours just finally melted this past weekend.

  • I'm in Calgary, Alberta and the weather here has also been amazing. I still haven't taken the bike out yet beacuse my alley is still frozen over. :(

I did fire her up last weekend though.... :)

    Can't wait!

  • I know, I do like the blackened look myself. I just bought mine about 2 months ago off a private seller. I will be making some changes. But the custom, seat, bars, and wheels was a real plus and sealed the deal. Do you ride in the Ohio area? The nice weather has been great for riding.
