Exactly, i remember watching this as kid too, and now as an adult i am showing my son the movie(s) i personally think it's the best movie about Jesus,The passion of thr Christ is a little too much to show kids for example. Love this theme . . .

you're right. Maurice Jarre, in addition to his beautiful scores for "Lawrence Of Arabia" & "Doctor Zhivago," aming other films, also wrote the score for this reverent portrayal of Our Lord.
