"Our top story today is part of the ADN television special presentation on H1N1 formerly known as the Swine Flu..." The Mission College LVN-RN bridge program encourages their students to incorporate community education into their role as pre-licensure RNs. We were assigned to create a health promotion project on H1N1. Our group decided to host a news broadcast along with a music video to teach about the pandemic virus and ways to prevent the spread of H1N1. The whole production included 3 cameras, tripods, lights, microphones, gloves, black shirts, a few hours learning dance moves, and endless laughter. I hope you enjoy watching the video as much as we enjoyed creating it.
