You're too cute. I just stumbled upon your videos via searching jason Vale-ive never had any asthma or exzema however I've done extensive research on milk and bought it raw grass fed for up to six months at this point I believe I'm better off without any dairy meat...the like hope he's better by now I'm sure he is it looks like you take initiative to inform yourself-it is disappointing how ignorant technology is of medicine/food and our body...keep up the good work...

@imagine842 Hi and thanks for your comment :) Yeah I really think dairy isn't great and going the full raw vegan hog (pardon the pun) isn't necessarily right for everyone. I think cutting out processed food, eating whole, organic, lots of fruit and veg - especially leafy greens (I like mine in a smoothie), plus nuts, seeds, sprouted, is a great base for people whether they choose to eat meat or not.
