How do you make the doughnut roll so perfectly? like with no support??

two cocktail stick stuck to some coins then stuck in the back of the doughnuts, then take a picture take the cocktail sticks out rotate the doughnut then but the cocktail sticks back in ;) simple really.

if you look closely you can see then holding the doughnuts up at some points in the video.
