SPOTLIGHT: Acei Cichlid Mutt

This video spotlights the beautiful Acei Cichlid starring Rashad. The video is filled with interesting facts about Rashad and Acei Cichlids, in general.

The cloudy water is due to the tank setup being new. Since the material was filmed this week, it has cleared up, immensely. An update video will be posted early 2011.
There does not seem to be much information about the Acei Cichlid (there are more websites devoted to the debate on how "Acei" is pronounced than there are informative sites about the fish!), but more information will be posted in future update videos.

@elzzs Thanks. I know the Acei's are blue-to-purple. When I bought this, it was in a tank full of mutts. I'm thinking it's a hybrid, but I'm not sure. It closely resembles the Acei, as the stripes tend to disappear, so I don't know for sure. Would you happen to have an idea of what it COULD be?

Cool tank man, but I dont think that is an Acei, the yellow tail aceis dont have stripes. They have a purple body and yellow tail no stripes.
