  • The 'effectiveness' of a programme cannot be measured until it has been monitored over time. As Barbara says, we are only just STARTING to address this vital area of education.

'Contraception' is contaminated by myths and half truths. Schools are safe places where questions can be answered and problems solved. Teachers should be supported in ALL schools to work with parents and students on this topic. It is irresponsible and unfair to parents to do otherwise.Go Barbara! CaroleP

  • I received sex ed 20 years ago, so Dennis is right. Loads of girls i went to school with had babies b4 they were 18. Luckily i paid attention and was 25 in a loving relationship b4 i had mine. STD rates are scary very very scary and kids today think a pill will take care of everything!

  • Informative, worth watching. Sounds like Barbara is promoting a course in line with modern educational trends.

Denis is pointing out some substantial issues that need to be addressed to bring the UK out of crisis.

Shame neither of them get to go into more detail.
