i am a bullets fan. not a wizards fan. i'm old. get off my lawn. used to live in pointer ridge and remember tiny the dachsund on the court. remember the jazz in new orleans and the games against the buffalo braves.

What that core of players from 95-98 didn't have was a great veteran leader and they were too immature in their careers at that point to win anything, and then the bad trades and signings took place and that was it. CWeb went on to Sacramento and was dominate.

yeah, even MJ said playing for the bulls in a series against the wiz/bullets that they were the team of the future. dammit, wouldn't it have been nice to have all the great players they let go?
