i wonder if the seeds ever germinate

can't imagine they ever would, kiravintio. they still need soil and/or water to get going. I can only imagine the seeds might start sprouting if the artwork was immersed in water - that is if it was during the life of the seed (up to 2 years for some, as I understand it). And what a mess that would be!

lovely , look at the dirty cig butt on the ground where she is collecting seeds...this is my pet peeve.
