This was the first time they played this live so no one had heard it here, hence the lack of singing along and whatnot. Jacoby got the people in on the BURN! part by the end.

@kinhainuzuka it's the venue. there was general admission and i'm sure those people were a bit more active. It was also a radio station festival so people there tend to stand around. A lot of people were just sitting before hand. Club venues are entirely different, but you're right. American shows, from what I've heard, are a lot more mellow than outside the US. This was also a never before heard song so it's more difficult to get into it, IMO.
