Messiah sits next to Alex Haley statue in Annapolis , MD at the doc where Kunta Kinte was shipped in as a slave while giving a lesson in retrospect to the slave trade. This is a poetical narrative of the middle passage experience based on facts; not fiction or opinion. Lets not forget the struggles and sacrifices of our ancestors as we are now faced with con-temporary trends, titles and positions. Everyday is black history. Slaves were not only slaves in February and kings were kings before Black History month. Queens too!
