not very many bands have the ability to change your emotions through music, mae definitely one of those bands

Good Song..I think everyone of their albums has good songs. Some are better than others but to me they are consistently putting out good music..

I think the drumming is pretty awesome in this. Especially the 16th notes in "we're chasing heaven as it fades into black..."

i think this version is better than the demo... the chorus has more direction and more appeal, while the song keeps the same message

oh, didn't know Mae had a Youtube channel! Subscribe!!! Crazy 8s = one of my favourite Mae songs. I feel 'The Everglow' is their best album though. Howard Benson however 'loudness war-ed' the Singularity album = Bad bad baaaadddddd! If you don't know what the 'loudness war' is, look it up here on Youtube via the search button. Anyway, been playing Mae a lot for a long time now = good :)

awesome song, even thow it took me some time to get used to the new chorus as well, but i think it's more catchy right now and gives more a halftime feeling what's really good for the song.

those who have seen them live prior to this summer and heard the original version of crazy 8 know that it's far superior to this reworked and tweaked studio version. they changed the chorus and lot of the melody of the song...in a BAD way. i'm really disappointed. i prefer their earlier live version...i'm glad i got to hear it at least. i don't know who howard benson is, but if he's the one responsible for changing the song, thanks for ruining it.
