What's equally abnormal is the camera guy's calmness in the face of such a phenomenon.

I think there is a ship behind that group of clouds.

I just wanted to let you know how that phenomena occurs: sometimes when a cloud is extremely statically charged it will actually twitch and vibrate due to the amount of electrical energy produced by it's intense negative (-) charge and the surrounding positive (+) charge around it. They may also just appear literally glow.

What happens sometimes is that when a cloud has enough static charge it will actually vibrate and twitch which could be the cause of this particular happening.

@Zero1RLV4 actually what your seeing is very real. what is happening are ice crystals int he upper clouds are charging and discharging making them rotate back and forth, combine that with the correct angle of light and you have what we see here

it think ship too, it look like it flew into the cloud going really fast

hmm, upon closer inspection, it looks like there -may- be some sort of glass in front of the camera, the light blocked off by whatever is on the left side of the frame but shining down enough onto a book or something with a shiny surface, he keeps bending the shiny object so it reflects in a different way through the video, this is just a debunk theory , no proof what so ever :3
