Certes, on a le droit de préférer telle ou telle version, mais trouver celle-ci "horrible", "ridicule", n'est-ce pas sombrer soi-même dans le ridicule? Une paraphrase, que diable, c'est par définition un morceau de virtuosité.
Tecnicamente ineccepibile, ma per quanto riguarda l'interpretazione lascia molto a desiderare. Questo pianista vuole solo spaventare il pubblico e non ammaliarlo.
I do like Monsieur Duchable and I love this piece, but I think maybe he had somewhere to go after the concert 'cause he ran through the piece, lol. Hardly any music made, just a display of technique, which was, by the way, superb.
he does a lot of interesting stuff here! Although i don't agree with some things and i think he plays some part a bit too mechanically, he really explores the contrasts of the characters of the opera through differences in touch/sound/tempo/dynamics! that's really nice!!!
