During student days in December 2006, Iranian students showed their opposition to Islamic regime of Iran and to Ahmadinejad by holding his upside down photos and burning them during his speech... Iranian students held large demonstrations at different universities with messages that called for better economy, peace with the world and Freedom of expression. They carried slogans such as: "Leave US alone, think of bread" , "We need bread, not bombs", "Free political prisoners" and " and "injustice is dressed as religion

I agree! Ahmadinejad is so beloved that he uses his military to put down any Iranian protests of his rigging the last presidential election. And such is the love that some of the protesters were shot on the spot, or dragged off to jail tortured and executed after a closed trial with no representation.
