  • @amelb11 Thank you.

  • The freon I purchased had the oil in it already. I did not replace the high pressure relief valve on this job.

  • Your wind chimes are REALLY annoying. But it's a GREAT video even though I don't have a Nissan. I know that the air conditioner compressor replacement will go exactly the same on my Volvo as your car. Good job!

  • Excellent and informative article. Thanks!

  • a/c swap pt.1 how to change the a/c compressor in a nice shirt and not get it dirty. Dude you are the man i would have killed that shirt. lol great vid.

  • What part of the engine is causing those horrid gong sounds. ? !

  • I worked in Life Test for Fedders Corp in the very early 80's and we did change out research for Fridgadire (GM compressors). Those sight glass/dryers were designed to just be evacuated with a quality vac pump because of no internal electric motor to contaminate the system like a hermetically unit can. But if you can afford to change it, it can only help. We also used Ref. 113 and nitrogen to flush the systems before the swap...... yes 134a in development back then. R 12 was only $3.14 a pound.

  • High pressure relief valve and PAG oil?
