  • I gained about 35 lbs. I lost it in 3 months. I've found that I've had to keep a little extra body fat because when I got back to my pre-pregnancy size, I had trouble maintaining milk supply, so I actually I had to gain a little weight back. I'm sure when I'm done nursing, I'll get back to my normal size pretty quickly. But at the weight I am now, I can easily maintain it AND keep my milk supply up. Working out and eating right should have you back to your happy weight relatively soon!

  • how much did u gain with ur pregnancy and how long did it to take u to get back into shape?
