@pingschmidt not really their fashion was like that WAY before lady gaga.in fact maybe Gaga gets inspired by them.Harajuku fashion only has one rule and that is to be creative and original.Ganguro fashion includes the deep tan and really light hair with creative makeup.That style i believe goes back to the 70s.

so overall lady gaga most likely gets her ideas from them
