S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl - UFO

I'm exploring the Wild Territory at night when an unidentified flying object lights up the sky.

I first saw this phenomenon when I was wandering around in the Garbage at night. It begins with a few minutes of intermittent sound (sort of like static interference) up until the light appears.

So, what is it? Falling star? Aliens? Another anomaly?

i just helped an egg-head t get to the yantar region, then i go back were i met him. To my surprise. I hear this strange noise and thin it is a mutant or something, then i see the light on the ground and I start to think it might be a machine or something and then i see the bluish comet. But what happened after that ecounter relly freeked me out.... a swarm of blid dogs mixed and some rats came out of nowhere and killed a neutral STALKER and almost killed me! It was lie the creepiest moment ever
