CORRECTION** My buddy Louden and I doing drop sets on bench. We start with 275 lbs.. That's 2 45 lb plates and 14 10 lb plates total.. The idea is to drop a 10 lb plate from each side after each mini set so 1 set really equals 8 sets..( NO REST IN BETWEEN SETS) and we do this 3 times, rack it back up after we run it down from 275 down to 135 and do it all over again 2 more times. I started with 275 for 8 reps, then 255 4 x times but unfortunately that wasn't recorded because my cousin thought it was already in record mode.
It's funny watching this now, because when I kill my chest/tris with this intense drop set exercise to the point of failure, I'm barely able to lift 135 lol, especially when I'm used to normally repping 315
