I love this move. It's a simple takedown that can be done from the clinch. It's really useful for surprising a an opponent.

@Scyeth i'm not an expert, im sure the various positions all have their own benefits but I think double underhooks generally allow greater control than any other position. im not sure that i know any throws from double overhooks

i prefer under over to double underhooks bcus it gives my openet the illusion that he is safe bcus i dont have both underhooks but i spesialize in under over throws
