  • The hilarious thing is, the cops are so pissed they are going to bust everyone and then your name will be public information to ANYONE, whereas before it was only accessible to a few employers. The only thing stupider than the public who voted for this are the idiots who think it does the stoners a favor.

  • Not true. That's a lie. Do you live in MA? I do. Accessible to a few employers? I'd say it's close to half the employers as it stands. And it will be zero after. Never has anybody I know ever been denied a job for a civil infraction but many for a joint. And no employer I know ever checks civil infractions. Talk about being an idiot and hilarious? It does me a favor, I won't be arrested and won't worry about a permanent record for life for medicine...

  • again - becasue you are an activist who helped alot nd are to be praised -and do care about people, I remain perplexed as to why I cannot get clarfication on when this law takes effect and people are getting hurt out there because it apparently hasn't taken effect - even if dislike me for some reason - any reason -= for the rest of the people could you please help us undertand when exactly this thing is in law on the streets for thecommon peron thanks and yes I would even reward you for ths info

  • We don't know. It's 30 days after the election is certified which happens in a few more weeks. They have some latitude in when they certify it. Bottom line it looks like it will be official sometime right after the new year, first or second week in January. We should have the date in the next couple of weeks.

  • Anytime you want to find out more, a good place to look is the masscann website just add the o*r*g*. I've got much going on and can't always keep up with every message. It's currently the top story there..

  • I appreciate the info. Thank you! It's great to see them again.

  • Bryce, I work for the change up go to my page here on Youtube my user name is queenie9t. I have 7 or 8 more videos of them.

  • Why is this the only video I can find that features The Change Up? The band blew my mind at Wormtown 2009 and yet there's virtually nothing about them anywhere, aside from a hurtin' myspace page.

  • im on cam and bored

why cant i see the video Fh

  • 'Yes' on Question 2

Doesn't mean employers have to stop drug screens to all incoming employees or random test. As long as the test show POS+ they still have the right not to hire or if all ready hired and tested, have the right to fire employees without getting unemployment benefits. Decriminalized marijuana possession has nothing to do with decriminalized marijuana influence.

  • If voters approve Question 2 on the Nov. 4 ballot, Massachusetts would join those other states. Adult possession of up to an ounce of marijuana would be considered a civil infraction, punishable by a fine of up to $100. For minors, the penalty would also include community service and substance abuse education. Laws against drug trafficking and driving under the influence of marijuana will remain unchanged.

  • I used to get blond Lebanese hash when I was in the navy mid 70's. 20 dollars an ounce when we were " in the med"
